On February 19, 2019, San Antonio’s most innovative nonprofits will take the stage and compete for funding at Philanthropitch Presented by the Bank of San Antonio. Join us at the Tobin Center for Performing Arts for the social impact event of the year!

We are thrilled to announce the seven finalist organizations who will pitch at Philanthropitch San Antonio! Finalists have been selected through a rigorous process based on the sustainability and scalability of their model.

Mealshare is a social enterprise on a mission to END youth hunger

Start-Up Kids Club

Start-Up Kids Club is shaping the world by cultivating entrepreneurship to broaden youth perspective and enhance life skills through community connection and experience.

LiftFund

LiftFund’s mission is to provide credit and support to small businesses that do not have access to capital from typical lending sources and to provide leadership and innovation to the small business and micro-lending industry on a national level.

Yes! Our Kids Can

Yes! Our Kids Can’s mission is to disrupt the cycle of generational poverty by creating a success mindset in low income and fragile families that encourages high educational expectations and career readiness.

Re-Mat

Re-Mat’s mission is to deconstruct and divert old mattresses from Texas landfills while creating living-wage second chance employment opportunities for disenfranchised adults including veterans and ex-offenders.

Autism Community Network

The mission of Autism Community Network is to maximize the potential of children with autism by providing early diagnosis for those with limited access and educating and empowering the community to support them.

Basketball Embassy

We firmly believe that we all have an obligation to create a positive perception for what a "basketball player" represents. Playing basketball makes you an ambassador to the game, and we strive to create ambassadors who will be passionate students, operating with a genuine integrity, dependability, honesty, and compassion for all - both on and off the court.


At the event, these finalists will pitch their ideas to a panel of judges who are business and government leaders from the local community. Both judges and audience members will award donations to the nonprofits of their choice based on their ability to create innovative solutions that serve our community.
