On May 8th, six diverse visionaries from the worlds of technology, healthcare, fashion, and consumer goods will lend their business expertise to the social sector. This year’s judges epitomize the socially responsible spirit, ingenuity, and entrepreneurial drive that Philanthropitch cultivates.

Clayton Christopher is passionate about entrepreneurship and loves helping small food and beverage companies scale while growing a culture of consumer innovation. In 2006 he was awarded the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the year for Central Texas, and is a recipient of Austin Under 40 Austinite of the Year Award.

Jag Bath has a 15-year track record of scaling startups from early stage to successful, mature companies. His companies include Favor, RetailMeNot, Gilt Groupe and WeightWatchers.com. Jag is passionate about building products that consumers love and companies that talented employees love to be part of.

Leon Chen is an Austin-based entrepreneur who founded Tiff’s Treats, acclaimed cookie delivery service, with his now wife Tiffany Taylor while they were college sophomores at The University of Texas. With a commitment to giving back, Tiff’s Treats regularly donates thousands of dollars a year to nonprofits.

Kendra Scott is an American fashion and accessories designer and philanthropist, who has won several awards for her business, designs, and commitment to philanthropy. She is the chairman, CEO, and lead designer of Kendra Scott, LLC. In 2017 she was named Ernst & Young's National Entrepreneur of the Year.
FOUNDER & CEO OF T3, AUTHOR OF COWGIRL POWER
Gay Gaddis is actively involved in T3, the award-winning agency she founded in 1989, and as as writer on women’s leadership, company culture and entrepreneurship. She is the first female Chairman of the Texas Business Leadership Council and former Chairman of The Committee of 200 (C200), a top women’s business organization.

Mellie Price is an experienced investor, executive, fund manager and eight-time entrepreneur. Ms. Price is an active member of the Texas entrepreneurship community and a winner of the prestigious Austin Business Journal’s 2015 Profiles in Power Award as well as the 2014 Tech Titan Award.
Founded in 2013 in Austin, Texas, Philanthropitch has awarded more than half a million dollars to empower nonprofits to expand their impact.
Instead of attending the traditional fundraising gala, Philanthropitch creates an interactive environment for audience members to participate while giving back. Audience members are invited to 'vote with their dollars’ for their favorite nonprofit finalists of the night, who will receive a portion of the night's ticket proceeds as part of the Audience Choice Awards.
Early-bird ticket pricing ends on April 16, 2018. Regular-priced general admission tickets are $40 and VIP tickets are $60 in advance, available now through May 7. Ticket rates increase to the onsite walk-up rate ($45 general admission and $65 VIP) on Tuesday, May 8, at 4:30 p.m. CT.
